At Lenny & Lolly, we partner with a global network of local printing hubs to ensure your custom pet artwork arrives quickly, safely, and sustainably.
LOCAL PRODUCTION AND GLOBAL FULFILMENT
To eliminate long international transit times and avoid unexpected customs duties, orders are automatically routed to print at the production facility closest to your delivery address:

UK Orders: Printed and dispatched locally within the United Kingdom.

US Orders: Printed and dispatched locally within the United States.

EU Orders: Printed and dispatched locally within the European Union.

Australian Orders: Printed and dispatched locally within Australia.
PRODUCTION AND DELIVERY TIMELINES
Total turnaround time consists of Artwork Creation plus Printing & Shipping:

Artwork Creation & Approval: Digital proofs are typically emailed within 2 to 4 business days of receiving your photo.

Printing & Packaging: Once your proof is approved (manually or automatically after 48 hours), local printing and packaging take 1 to 3 business days.

Transit Times:

UK, US, EU, AU (Domestic): 2 to 5 business days via standard local delivery.

Rest of World: 5 to 10 business days depending on destination.

CUSTOMS, TAXES, AND IMPORT DUTIES
Because orders for the UK, US, EU, and Australia are printed locally within those respective regions, shipments to these countries generally do not incur import duties or customs fees. For orders shipped to countries outside these main regions, any applicable import duties, taxes, or clearance fees are the responsibility of the customer.
ADDRESS ACCURACY AND UNCLAIMED PACKAGES
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, missing unit number, or failure to collect from a local courier depot, a re-shipping fee will apply to dispatch the package a second time.
