Welcome to Lenny & Lolly. By accessing our website and purchasing our custom pet artwork, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

OWNERSHIP AND COPYRIGHT OF UPLOADED PHOTOS
By uploading a photo to our website, you warrant and represent that you are the rightful owner of the photograph or hold the explicit legal permission or licence to use and reproduce it. You agree to indemnify and hold Lenny & Lolly harmless from any third-party copyright or intellectual property claims resulting from unauthorised photo uploads.

PHOTO QUALITY AND DETAIL DISCLAIMER
The detail and accuracy of your custom artwork depend directly on the resolution, lighting, and clarity of the photo provided.

If we assess that an uploaded image is unsuitable and request a new photo upon receiving your order, no extra charge applies.

If a new photo is not provided following our request, we will complete the artwork using the original photo. Lenny & Lolly holds no liability or responsibility for a lack of detail, blurriness, or poor finish caused by the use of an unrecommended customer photo.

DISPLAY AND COLOUR ACCURACY DISCLAIMER
Digital screens (mobile devices, laptops, monitors) are backlit and display colours in RGB, whereas physical printing utilises CMYK inks on physical media. Minor variations in colour hue, brightness, or saturation between your digital artwork proof and the physical print or canvas are standard in printing and do not constitute a defect.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND COMMERCIAL RESTRICTIONS
Lenny & Lolly retains full copyright and intellectual property rights over all digital artwork, files, and designs created by our artists. Purchased physical prints are licensed for personal display only and may not be reproduced, resold, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

MARKETING AND PORTFOLIO USAGE
Unless explicitly requested otherwise prior to or immediately after ordering, Lenny & Lolly reserves the right to display completed portraits, artwork proofs, and "Before & After" photo comparisons on our website, marketing materials, and social media channels. If you prefer your pet’s artwork to remain completely private, please notify us at hello@lennyandlolly.com with your order number.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
